Hiring Creative Associate Wedding Photographer
Exciting times here at Amber Marie Photography HQ! We’ve had the most incredible year. As the business grows it is our continued effort to ensure we are constantly improving.
With that in mind we’re looking for a creative associate wedding photographer to join our team. As you may already know we offer packages with one or two wedding photographers (myself & Tom), and to make sure our couples get the very best of our services we’re looking for another photographer to join the ranks!
The associate role will involve photographing alongside Amber, on some of our two photographer weddings and will also progress to shooting solo for Amber Marie Photography.
We’ll take care of the booking process, admin and post processing and delivery of the finished photographs to the client.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in wedding photography
Creative eye for composition
Able to work in a natural documentary style
Ability to interact and direct your couples when needed
Professional standard equipment + back ups!
Professional insurance
Experience working with natural light & off camera flash
Access to own vehicle for business travel
A friendly, fun and approachable personality (no mardy bums please)
What the role will involve:
Pre booking and wedding consultations with your couples.
Photographing weddings alongside Amber as a second photographer.
Photographing weddings as primary shooter for couples that have booked you.

Availability
We ask that you’ll be able to commit to up to 10 dates shooting for us up to 12 months in advance.
Professional Development
You may already have your own wedding photography business, be looking for something part time, have just graduated or are a seasoned pro with some gaps in your schedule. We’re pretty open minded.
I’m keen to hear from experienced photographers, however our main focus is to find someone who is a perfect fit for us and our couples and we are more than happy to provide technical training and support for the right person.
