Eco-Friendly Ethos

Eco-Friendly Ethos

My Eco-Friendly approach to Wedding Photography

As an Eco-Friendly Wedding Photographer, an ecological ethos has always been at the heart of my work. Here you can find out more about the steps I take to ensure both my business and my lifestyle are as kind to the environment as possible.

Powered by Green Energy

Our green energy supplier uses 100% renewable energy to supply electricity to power both our home and office.

Beautiful, handmade and Eco-Friendly USB & Print Packaging

The bespoke USB and print boxes are hand made using recycled wood and sourced from another small business.

Eco-Friendly Wedding Albums

The fine art wedding albums I offer are handmade in the UK by Folio Albums, the most eco-friendly supplier around. Using archival paper that lasts over a lifetime with the added option of vegan leather.

Plastic-Free Packaging

From the tape to seal your parcel before it goes in the post, to the padding protecting your USB on it’s travels to you. My packaging is now proudly plastic-free.

Digital Only Package Options

I also offer a digital-only package. This means you receive your photos via a private online gallery, which you’re welcome to share with family and friends, ensuring the smallest carbon footprint possible!

Eco-Friendly Photo Prints

After the wedding day, you and your guests can easily order some of my Eco-Friendly fine art photo prints directly from your online gallery. They are printed right here at AMP HQ, using sustainable cotton paper and the kindest printing processes possible.

Carbon Offsetting

Being a Cotswold wedding photographer means I’m surrounded by wonderful venues. But I love having the chance to explore and travel throughout the UK. I would love to have a fully electric vehicle someday. But for the time being, here are the steps I’m taking to reduce the impact my travel has on the environment.

  • Using public transport and walking as much as possible (One reason I love a London wedding!)
  • Offset travel miles by donating to woodland charities. For the planting and protection of the UK’s tree population.
  • Use delivery services that offer carbon-neutral shipping.
