A summer wedding at Fulham Palace in London
Today I’m sharing just some of my favourite photos from Rachel & Mark’s Fulham Palace wedding. Like so many of my couples this year, R & M’s original date couldn’t go ahead because of the 2020 lockdown. I was over the moon that I was still able to be a part of their day. Which despite being a more intimate affair than first planned – was still utterly beautiful.
I always like to keep my eye out for those tiny details. I was so surprised to find a book called ‘The Amazing marriage’ on the bookshelves. So appropriate for a room that so many couples will get ready in each and every year.

Wedding Portraits in The Walled Garden
One of the best things about this venue has to be getting private access to the walled garden after hours. During the day, the gardens are open to the public. Filled with the sound of children playing and families enjoying the sunshine. But in the evening there’s a lovely stillness to the grounds. It’s such a great spot for wedding portraits because the gardens have so much colour and texture to add to the photos too.
Coming up with table names can always be a bit tricky. But when you both share a passion for our four-legged friends, you have plenty of options to choose from.
