After working with Jo on many of my couples weddings. I was over the moon to be asked to capture Jo & Steven’s Cheerful Chilli Barn wedding. Their wedding was an intimate and relaxed affair, featuring a very special guest Wally the Whippet.

The Cheerful Chilli sits at the top of the Otley Chevin, famous for it’s amazing vegetarian food. The Chevin is just up the road from Jo & Steven’s home so they often go on long walks with Wally there. So it was extra special to take them there for a little wedding day stroll.

It goes without saying that Jo’s look on the day was effortlessly classic and beautiful. After originally choosing a dress from a bridal boutique. Jo changed her mind and opted for an off the peg wedding dress. Proof that you don’t have to spend thousands on a wedding outfit to look amazing. Unless you want to of course!
