How is it almost Christmas already? This year has absolutely flown by! Going through all the wonderful weddings we’ve been a part of this year is always my favourite post by far. It’s been a pretty crazy and big year for us. Both with work and life. It’s been our busiest year yet. Both with our commercial and wedding photography. But I’m pretty sure I say that every year.
2017 is the year we made The Cotswolds and Gloucestershire our new home. After having lived in Yorkshire for the last 6 years. It’s also the year Tom and I got engaged, yay! As well as being a regional finalist for Best Wedding Photography in the Wedding Industry Awards. We’re definitely ending the year on a high.
That’s not to say the year has come without it’s challenges. Life has thrown some huge curve balls at us. But looking back over this blog post, I’m so grateful that my year has been so full of love and joy. All through the wonderful weddings of our lovely and awesome couples. It’s a huge privilege to be invited into each of our couples wedding days and their families. And to capture so many awesome memories for generations to come feels like one of the best jobs in the world.
